Ineta Carpenter’s Gingersnap cookies

1 1/2 C. margarine
1/2 C. molasses
2 C. sugar


Cream ingredients then add:
2 eggs
Mix well, then add:
4 teas. baking soda
2 teas. ginger
2 teas. cinnamon
2 teas. cloves
4 cups flour

Mix well and drop by spoonfuls on cookie sheet and bake for 10 mins. at 350 F.
If you want them crispy leave on cookie sheet for 1 minute, for chewy remove immediately.
